Introduction
My name is Ramon Lazo and I am an instructional designer, web developer and visionary. rl:ID is a design company and a filter through which I can express ideas about the role that technology plays in the improvement of learning. I am interested in helping others to discover the appropriate means to better training and education. I have a diverse background that brings together skills from different fields: instructional design, web development and usability design, systems and workflow design, technical writing, software programming and creative media design and development. I hold an M.A. in Education and Instructional Technology and a B.A. in Broadcast and Electronic Arts Communications both from San Francisco State University. I have enjoyed careers in IT and system administration, software coding and creative media including audio and video production. This website is a repository for all my past projects and shows the breadth of the types of content and media that I am able to create.
